1. Introduction

Welcome to shadesail.design (the "Website"). This service is operated by SHADESAIL.DESIGN), located in Netherby, South Australia, Australia. By using our Shade Sail 3D Visualizer & Designer, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide a 3D design engine for generating shade sail configurations, CAD downloads (.dxf), and marker-making cut plans. All outputs are based on user-inputted dimensions.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• The Day Pass: Provides 24-hour access. This is a one-time, non-recurring charge.
• Subscriptions: "Pro Monthly" and "Enterprise Annual" are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew until cancelled via the Stripe Customer Portal.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the CAD downloads and immediate access provided, we do not offer refunds once a PIN has been generated and used. You may cancel subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing.

5. Accuracy of Designs

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of site measurements. SHADESAIL.DESIGN is not liable for manufacturing errors resulting from incorrect user data.
